High Pressure Grouting Machine Test-run and Maintenance

– Please do not use water to test the grouting machine(Except the Acrylic Grouting machine)

– Please use motor oil or vegetable oil to test the machine.

– Pay attention to safety when using, wear protective glasses (risk of high voltage), wear work gloves, and wear protective clothing;

– Don’t click the button to start or shut down the machine, you need to hold it down for a while.

– Please put the suction hoses into the water, turn on the machine to wash the leftover, then take the higher pressure hose off, put the suction hoses in the motor oil, the maintenance is finished after the motor oil come out from the discharge hole.

Please use the High-pressure Hose Safely

1. Please confirm the hose is not broken, damaged, deformed, the joint is complete without sliding wire, the spring must be set into the joint
2.  Please wear protective glasses, gloves, and other protective equipment, the hand must be held directly in any part of the high pressure pipe.
3. Please ensure the joint thread is aligned, the connection is tight, and the thread is not full. And avoid too tight lock caused by deformation of the joint
4. Please hold the pressure hose more than 2 minutes, and prohibit the use of bulging, cracking and distortion hose.
5. Do not use the hose to lift any object
6. It is totally prohibited to adjust the joint and other connecting parts during working, and should be operated after pressure relief.
7. The remaining materials in the hose should be cleaned up in time, after the completion of construction, otherwise it is prohibited to use again.
8. The tube body is stored in a circle type. It is strictly prohibited to fold in half.
9. The high pressure hose is a consumable product, should be replaced in time after using some time.
