Plastic injection packer
Custom Plastic Injection packer, Injection Port, Surface Injection Packers
We have rich experience in producing plastic injection packer, from mould design to raw material selecting. We have our own R & D Department with more than 20 years engineer to create mould, and stable raw material supplier to provide quality material with us.
There are two kinds of plastic injection packer, one is for low pressure injecting, mainly use injecting Epoxy Resin; the other is for high pressure injecting, up to 3000 Psi, can inject PU, Epoxy Resin, etc.
We also provide Customized service to meet your special requirements. Welcome any plastic products customized with us.

Bang-in Ports are easier to install, cost less, and for many applications, are just as effective as more expensive packers. Pressure up to 3,000 psi.
There are two main types of injection ports used in concrete repair and grouting applications – “Bang in” ports and “Hammer in” ports. Please find its specific applications and usage areas:
Applications and Usage Areas:
– Bang in ports, also known as “drive-in” or “knock-in” ports, are designed to be installed by simply striking them into the concrete or substrate.
– These ports are commonly used for temporary grouting applications, where the ports are installed and then removed after the grouting process is complete.
– They are well-suited for applications in horizontal or slightly inclined concrete surfaces, such as floors, slabs, and bridge decks.
– Bang in ports are typically made of plastic, with a tapered or threaded design that allows them to be easily driven into the concrete using a hammer or mallet.
– The temporary nature of these ports makes them suitable for situations where the injection points need to be removed after the grouting is completed, such as in concrete crack repair or void filling.
